Floor, Kalighat, Kolkata – 700026, West Bengal  

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or have verifiable parental consent if under 13) and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Description of Service

Melody Plus is a subscription-based Indian digital streaming platform designed primarily for Bengali audiences, offering a curated collection of Tagore Songs, Nazrulgeeti, Bengali Folk, Classic, and Evergreen music.

Our content spans over five decades of Bengali musical heritage, blending nostalgia with timeless melodies.

Melody Plus is available across Web, Android, and iOS, providing a smooth streaming experience through genre-based playlists and user-driven on-demand options.

Our library features iconic and beloved tracks across Indian and Bangladeshi Bengali music, celebrating the rich cultural tapestry of Bengal.

2. User Accounts

To access premium features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and update it as needed.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Subscription Services

Melody Plus operates on a subscription basis. Access to the full library and exclusive features requires an active subscription. The user agrees that the subscription is opted at his/her own will without any pressure or force. only after fully understanding the services. 

Subscription Options:

We offer weekly, monthly, and quarterly subscription plans. The pricing and duration of each plan will be displayed within the app.

Payment:

Payments are processed securely via integrated Indian payment gateways.

You agree to provide valid payment information.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or via your respective app store (Google Play / App Store etc).

Price Changes:

We may revise subscription fees. Advance notice will be given, and users can opt to cancel before the new rates apply.

Free Trials:

We may offer limited-time free trials to new users.

If not cancelled before the trial ends, your plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4. Refund Policy

Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or unused services.

If you face consistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform due to our fault, please contact us at info@ottsol.com to request assistance.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute our copyrighted content.

Interfere with the security or functioning of the App.

Post or transmit harmful or abusive content on social media or any other platforms.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on Melody Plus, including but not limited to music, artwork, logos, design, and software, is the intellectual property of OTT Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure the availability and accuracy of our Services. However, we are not liable for:

Any technical failures, interruptions, or bugs.

Loss of content due to misuse, unauthorized access, or unforeseen errors.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in  Kolkata, West Bengal.
